Clicking on any of the backgrounds will display a window with the background tiled.
(Javascript must be enabled, and supported for this feature to work)

In Outlook Express you can use these background images as Stationary (I'm sure other e-mail programs can too.)

Right click over an image, and choose "Save Picture as" to save it to your computer.
